2-Piece Primary Survivor
When an ally is defeated, Primary ammo weapons gain increased handling, reload speed, target acquisition, and reduced flinch. Bonus increases when multiple allies are dead at the same time or when you are running solo.
4-Piece Primary Phantom
Final blows with Primary ammo weapons remove you from radar for a short time. Drawing a weapon that does not use Primary ammo will immediately end this effect.
Where to get it
Cruel Electrum comes from Trials of Osiris Challenges. You need any four of its five pieces for the full 4-piece bonus, which leaves your fifth slot free for an exotic.

How do I get the Cruel Electrum armor set in Destiny 2?
Cruel Electrum drops from Trials of Osiris Challenges. Collect four of the five pieces to unlock the full set bonus.
How many pieces do I need for the set bonus?
Two pieces switch on the 2-piece perk and four pieces switch on the stronger 4-piece perk. Any combination of slots counts, so you can run four pieces of the set plus an exotic in your fifth slot without breaking the bonus.
Does Cruel Electrum work in PvP?
Yes. Cruel Electrum has bonuses whose effects apply against other Guardians, so it carries into the Crucible, not just PvE.
